Finoa does not exercise control over client assets, does not provide custody or safekeeping of crypto-assets or their cryptographic keys, and does not control or hold the means of access to client assets. Furthermore, Finoa does not facilitate the execution of orders. All regulated services must be executed exclusively by an appropriately licensed entity—whether the client itself or a licensed provider engaged by the client. Finoa maintains no technical capability to unilaterally initiate, alter, or reverse transactions.
